Company History

Our Start

On August 18, 1992, two St. Petersburg women, Dorothy Forni and Anne Reidelberger, founded All-Ways Transport, Inc. Together Dorothy and Anne started a business mostly run by men, but they were highly respected and very good at what they did.

It was in 1997 that Anne made the decision to retire, so Dorothy purchased Anne’s 50% of the company, making her sole owner of All-Ways Transport.

A Growing Reputation

As Anne made her way into retirement in 1997, Dorothy’s son Donald Forni began working for her. Donald learned at a very young age not only the ins-and-outs of the trucking industry, but also about running a successful business.

In 2003 Donald took over the daily operations at All-Ways Transport after his mother fell ill. In November 2008, Dorothy Forni lost her six-year battle with cancer. Dorothy left behind the company to her son Donald and her sister Kelly.

All-Ways Transport Today

While Donald and his aunt Kelly ran the business together for a few years, it was in August of 2011 that Donald became the sole owner of the company.

Today, All-Ways Transport has grown from a small trucking service to a nationwide transport business. August 2012 marks the 20-year anniversary of the company, a great milestone that would have made Dorothy Forni very proud.

The company's philosophy has remained unchanged for 20 years since its establishment by: providing premier service with discount rates.

We would like to thank Victor Forni for encouraging Dorothy to start this business, while selling his beloved Harley to allow her to do so.
